Cold smoked formed fish slices:
Trout farmed in Norway or Denmark.
Greenland halibut.
Boneless, skinless, dry, cold smoked fish product made from
pieces of trout and halibut.
Natural fish with wood smoke and complementary salt overtones, slightly
taste.

Ingredients:
Halibut, trout, salt, enzyme: transglutaminase, smoke.


Storage: Store in the freezer at no lower than -18°C. 18 months.

After defrosting: Keep refrigerated at no higher than +5°C (30 days).
After opening: Consume within 2 days.
