Italian crisps

These crisps were inspired by traditional Italian dishes - risotto and perlotto, which in the classic version are prepared from white medium-grain Arborio rice and pearl barley Barli. A bouquet of herbs from basil, thyme and oregano gives piquancy to our crisps. Create your own Italian bruschetta by adding fresh or sun-dried tomatoes, cheese and pesto sauce.
