Bulgur

Bulgur is a steamed and crushed grain of durum wheat. Invented over 4,000 years ago, it has gained great popularity in the Mediterranean, India, the Middle East and Asia. When cooked, the grains retain their shape and remain crumbly. Suitable for soups, salads and side dishes, goes well with chicken. Meat and vegetables.
