Cold smoked halibut fillet
This halibut is caught using traditional longline fishing in Greenland. Longline fishing is a gentle method of catching fish, resulting in very high-quality seafood. The halibut has been salted and then carefully smoked to ensure the best texture. The smoking process takes place at low temperatures, giving the halibut a mild and delicate flavor.
