Fermented rye malt

Fermented rye malt “S. Pudov” is an indispensable ingredient in recipes for custard and rye Borodino bread and sweet gingerbread.
It is also used in the preparation of homemade kvass and beer.
Thanks to the use of red malt, the dough becomes more elastic, the freshness of the finished baked goods lasts longer, and its taste and aroma become richer, because it is a natural flour improver. In this case, the finished baked goods turn out to be a rich brownish color.
