⚠️ Shipping Update

Processing Time: The time required to prepare your order before shipment. This includes order verification, quality control, and packing. Please note, processing time is not the same as shipping time, which refers to the time it takes for the package to reach your address after it has been dispatched.

Shipping Time: The time it takes for the order to be delivered to your destination once the processing is complete and the package is shipped out.

Free Delivery for Orders Over $200: We are pleased to offer free delivery for orders exceeding $200* (50 lbs limit)*

    To enhance the quality of our service and ensure the freshness of your products, orders may be divided into two shipments based on product category and the state of delivery:

    • Perishable Products: Items such as Meat & Seafood (caviar, sausages, salo, herring, etc.), and Dairy Foods (butter, cheese, tvorog) will be shipped via a 2-day delivery service (this does not include the processing time), in special packaging with ice to maintain freshness.
    • Black Caviar: To ensure maximum freshness and quality, black caviar is shipped exclusively via FedEx Overnight delivery.
      This service is paid separately and is not eligible for free shipping promotions. Each shipment is securely packed with ice and thermal insulation.
    • Important: Perishable items will not be shipped on weekends to prevent any delays or spoilage. Orders with perishable items placed on or after Thursday will be shipped the following Monday. Please plan your orders accordingly, and thank you for your understanding!
    • Non-Perishable Products: All other items will be shipped using standard delivery unless express delivery is selected and paid for by the customer.

    2. Delivery Timeframe

    • Orders are typically processed within 4 business days from our warehouse in New York.
    • Due to high demand, processing times may extend up to 4-5 business days.
    • The delivery times can vary from 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this period.

    3. Service Area

    • We ship to the following states: Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Montana, Idaho, Utah, Arizona, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi, Nebraska, Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and the District of Columbia.

    4. Shipping Costs

    • Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination.
    • All shipments within the United States are handled by FedEx. During the checkout process, after entering your shipping address, you will be presented with a list of available shipping options.
    • *For packages exceeding 50 pounds, the following rates apply under our Economy option (delivery within 5-8 days):
      • 50-75 pounds: $50.00 USD
      • 75-95 pounds: $70.00 USD
      • 95-115 pounds: $90.00 USD
      • 115-135 pounds: $110.00 USD

    5. Holiday Delays

    • Please note that no orders will be shipped from December 24nd to December 26th and from December 29th to January 1rd due to logistic operator closures. We encourage you to plan your orders in advance to accommodate these delays.

    6. Shipping Policy for Perishable Products

    • During the spring and summer seasons, perishable products are shipped only via paid 2-day delivery to ensure freshness. This applies to all states listed in our service area. In cooler months, these items will be shipped with ice packs to maintain quality.
