Cancellation policy

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped.

Once an order has been fulfilled or handed over to the shipping carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.

Order changes such as adding or removing products may be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests made after this period may not be possible if the order has already entered the fulfillment process.

Modifications:

Changes to orders regarding the quantity of items or modifications to the composition of the order (such as adding new products or removing existing ones) are permitted within 24 hours of order placement without any additional fees. Changes made after this period may incur a fee of 5% of the affected portion of the order’s value, depending on the complexity and timing of the changes.
