Эта сочная колбаса с мягким дымным вкусом создана по образцу традиционного восточноевропейского фаворита. Это все натуральное и начинается с говядины. Затем добавляем необходимое количество свиного сала, чтобы оно стало мягче и сочнее, добавляем мускатный орех и другие специи, а для идеальности доводим до кленового дыма.

СОСТАВ: Говядина, свиной шпик, соль, сахар, эриторбат натрия, специи, нитрит натрия, молочнокислая закваска.

I received a different type of salami instead of Moskovskaya. I don't remember the name. I ate it. It was not bad, but I would have preferred Moskovskaya . That's what I actually ordered .All other stuff was excellent, fresh and delicious.

I am very happy with my purchase at Gastronom USA...
All products: Moskovskaja salami, red caviar, all sweets I bought were just like I remembered them from Russia.
Though the box arrived damaged ( I reported it and send picture to your customer service) , nothing was stolen .
I will definitely continue to make purchases .
