Allspice

Allspice is one of the most popular and frequently used spices. It combines the aromas of four spices - cinnamon, black pepper, nutmeg and cloves. In home cooking, it is added to meat and fish snacks: stews, stews, roast beef, homemade sausages, pâtés. We don't use allspice in home canning, especially when pickling cucumbers, tomatoes, squash.
