Berestov mango passion fruit strawberry soufflé

This is an airy treat with strawberry and earthy strawberry puree, mango puree, passion fruit puree and honey, covered with a delicious Belgian chocolate coating. The key element in the healthfulness of medofet is honey (it is 20% in the candy!), which is added to the product at the stage when its temperature does not rise above 40 degrees, which allows to preserve all its healing properties.
