Thyme is one of the ancient medicinal plants. The Romans flavored cheese and alcoholic drinks with it, and used it as a medicine for depression and for very shy people. And warriors took a bath with it to be courageous in battle.
Use in salads, sauces, soups, pickles, grilled meats, poultry dishes.
