Method of preparation: mix 75 g of dry mixture with 3-4 tablespoons of hot water or milk. To stir thoroughly. Do not cook the resulting glaze! Pour the glaze over the finished (preferably chilled) baked goods.
Ingredients: powdered sugar, cocoa powder, modified potato starch.
