Gelfix for jams or jelly

Universal product "Gelfix 3:1" from Dr.Bakers for making preserves and jams based on pectin - a natural gelling component, when added, the jam acquires a pleasant jammy consistency. With "Gelfix 3:1" you save sugar by adding only 350 g of sugar per 1 kg of fruits and berries. Using the product "Gelfix", the jam should be cooked for no more than 3 minutes after boiling, as a result of which the fruits and berries retain their natural taste and color. 1 package is designed for 1 kg of fruit and only 350 g of sugar. Wash and prepare the fruits. Mix the contents of the package Gelfix 3:1 with sugar, pour into 1 kg of fruit, mix well, put on fire and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes over low heat. Remove from heat. Mix well, skim off the foam and place in clean, dry jars. Close the jars, turn them upside down and leave for 5 minutes.

Ingredients:Dextrose, thickener: pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: sorbic acid. May contain traces of milk, gluten, mustard, soy, egg, sesame and nuts.
