Kozinak with sunflower seeds

Kozinaki, prepared from selected sunflower seeds, has a rich sweet taste with characteristic oily notes. Recommended to be consumed as an independent treat. It’s interesting that this sweetness came to us from Georgia, where it was traditionally served at the New Year’s table. Initially, kozinaki was prepared from walnuts. Currently, treats made from peanuts and sunflower seeds are widespread.
