Due to the tightness of the cells, the honey in the combs remains sterile, retaining all its useful and gustatory qualities. The honey does not pass through filtration and therefore contains propolis, bee bread, pollen and wax. Honey combines the flavors of the taiga: spicy needles, rotten leaves and cones underfoot. It has a spicy smell and a tart aftertaste with a slight bitterness. Fragrant, thick, viscous and not cloyingly sweet - this is ideal for a cup of hot tea.
