Seasoning for chicken on coals

The seasoning will enrich the taste and aroma of poultry dishes cooked over coals, in a frying pan or in the oven. The combination of coriander, paprika and spicy spices will give poultry meat a smoky taste and aroma. It is recommended to use 15g of seasoning (1 sachet) per 1-1.3 kg of chicken.

Ingredients: salt, spices and dried vegetables (sweet red pepper, coriander, garlic, chili pepper, rosemary, marjoram, thyme, turmeric).
