Used in the preparation of soups and sauces, it goes well with fish, fried meat (beef, pork, lamb, poultry), mushrooms, eggs and a wide variety of vegetables (tomatoes, spinach, peas, eggplant, zucchini, cauliflower and potatoes). Rosemary goes especially well with cheese dishes.
