Seasoning for lagman

Lagman is a popular Central Asian dish that can be served as a first or second course. In Russia it is usually classified as a soup, but in Uzbekistan it is often served as a main course, but a bowl of broth must be placed next to it.

Ingredients: spices and dried vegetables (coriander, red sweet pepper, garlic, chili pepper, cumin, turmeric), iodized salt.
