Seasoning Provance herbs

Alpine meadows saturated with greenery are significant not only for their mountain pastures. They are rich in a variety of spicy herbs, the heady aroma of which hangs in the air. In the European part, on the territory of France, the mountain range hides a cozy corner called Provence. It is there that Provencal herbs are considered an integral part of the national cuisine.

Dried basil, dried marjoram, dried rosemary, dried sage, dried oregano, dried savory, dried thyme, dried peppermint.
Use for preparing salads, appetizers, soups, and main courses.
