The seasoning is used when preparing beef, pork, lamb or chicken skewers on a grill, spit, frying pan or in the oven. Gives dishes a spicy taste and aroma.

Recommended dosage: 1 packet of seasoning per 2 kg of meat. For a less intense taste, use half the contents of the sachet.
