Seasoning for Solyanka
The seasoning is used when preparing thick, rich soup of Russian cuisine in meat, fish or mushroom broth with a sour-salty taste.
Recommended dosage: 2 tsp. seasonings for 3 liters of broth.
Ingredients: spices and dried vegetables (coriander, chili pepper, basil, parsley, onion, shamballa, parsnip root, turmeric, bay leaf, red sweet pepper, mint), iodized salt.
