Cumin seeds

Cumin has a slightly pungent taste and a strong spicy aroma. It has long been noted that the spice cumin stimulates the appetite and promotes digestion, so cumin is added to fatty meat dishes (for example, pork, lamb, or lard), as well as to difficult-to-digest legume dishes.
Use for making bread and pastries, pates, soups, meat and potato dishes.
