Skvaska for cottage cheese
Live sourdough “Skvaska” for making fresh and healthy cottage cheese at home. Homemade cottage cheese is very good for health. The tasty, natural product is very popular among people of all ages. Natural cottage cheese is milk that, after curdling and separating the whey, has turned into a tender, airy mass, entirely composed of healthy nutrients.
Just mix the starter with 1-3 liters of pasteurized milk, leave in a warm place (30-36 ℃) for 10-14 hours.
Then place the fermented milk in a water bath until the whey separates and a dense curd forms.
After separating the whey, the curd is ready for use.
Eat healthy! The product contains no allergenic ingredients such as nuts or gluten. There are no GMOs or GMMs. Suitable for vegetarians and people of any religion.
Ingredients: A mixture of beneficial strains of live mesophilic lactobacilli Lactococcus lactis and Lactococcus cremoris.
