Tkemali early

Spicy, from green plum Tkemali, collected at the very beginning of summer, at the moment when the fruit pulp is just beginning to separate from the stone. Good for poultry, fish, and new potatoes.

 Ingredients: Green tkemali (cherry plum) puree, sugar, fresh cilantro, garlic paste (fresh garlic, salt), fresh dill, salt, ground dill seed, ground coriander seed, ground red pepper.
