Honey collection region: South of Western Siberia Fireweed: tall, sometimes taller than human height, herbaceous plant. Blooms from late June to mid-August. Tasting characteristics: the taste is delicate, sweet, with spicy tea notes. The aroma is light floral. Honey collected from medicinal plants, including angustifolia fireweed, is especially valuable. This honey plant is better known as fireweed. This type of honey has a unique chemical composition. It contains special enzymes inherent in the medicinal plant Ivan tea, as well as amino acids, glucose and fructose, organic acids, phytoncides, ascorbic acid, B vitamins, micro and macronutrients.
