Honey Tyan-Shan mountain

The “Black Edition” collection is a cut diamond in the “Favorites” range of honey, which has become a real diamond in the collection. In it, with care and love, we have collected exclusive varieties of honey, which are limited by flowering time and the rarity of honey plants. We decorated the jars with a memorable, laconic design, and we invite you to appreciate Tien Shan Mountain honey.
Mountain honey is considered the most healthy and natural among other types, since bees collect pollen from plants high in the mountains, at an altitude of 2000-3500 m, in ecologically clean places. Mountain flowers and herbs contain countless beneficial microelements and give honey a bright taste and aroma.
The beneficial properties of dark varieties of honey, which include Tien Shan Mountain, contain a greater amount of phenolic compounds that exhibit strong antioxidant and antimicrobial activity. It is believed that the darker the honey and the stronger, richer its taste, the more mineral compounds it contains.
Honey collection regions: Toktogul district, foothills of the Fergana range, Suusamyr-Too (Kyrgyzstan).
