Marinade for meat soy sauce with black pepper

The classic Kostrovok marinade is recommended for preparing meat or chicken kebabs. The product allows you to marinate meat in just 30 minutes, gives it a bright taste and maintains juiciness. The marinade contains enough salt for cooking. One bottle of marinade is enough to cook 3 kg of meat.
The preparation method is indicated on the bottle:
- Mix pieces of meat 4-5 cm thick evenly with the marinade at the rate of one bottle per 3 kg of product and leave for 30 minutes to marinate. To give the kebab a richer taste, marinate for 1-2 hours.
- Place the product on the grill and fry until done.
