Medofety soft souffle with prune

The key element in the usefulness of Medofets is honey (20% of it in the candy!), which is added to the product at the stage when its temperature no longer rises above 40 degrees, which allows you to preserve all its healing properties. Due to the addition of honey and the use of a small amount of cane sugar, the taste of Medofets is not cloying, but with a pleasant honey-fruit sourness, pieces of prunes give the soufflé a velvety and pronounced taste.
