This buckwheat is excellent. It makes the best kasha. The toasted variety has an odd burnt flavor in my opinion, but this green version does not. The packaging of the product for delivery was superb. I bought 21 kilos and the kilo packs were bundled by twos with packing peanuts in the box to ensure that they were not rattled too much during shipping. I am very happy with this purchase.
