Custard is ideal as a filling for cakes made from choux, puff pastry and shortcrust pastry (eclairs and profiteroles, croissants, baskets), as well as for confectionery products with a wafer base (rolls, homemade waffles). An excellent addition to dishes made from unleavened dough (flour dumplings, pancakes). Can be used as a cream layer for cakes, as well as an addition to various desserts (casseroles, puddings, soufflés). Preparing classic custard now does not require much time.
