Honoring cherished Nordic traditions, our salmon is seasoned with fine salt and gently
kissed by the delicate smoke of alder wood fires, hot-smoked to perfection with a spicy
twist of peppers.

Ingredients: Salmon (Salmo Salar), pepper blend 2% (70% mix of black and white pepper, 30% green and red paprika), salt.


Storage: Store in the freezer at no lower than -18°C.

After defrosting: Keep refrigerated at no higher than +5°C.
