Sunflower halva with peanuts

Azovskaya KF Sunflower halva with peanuts 350g is produced based on a traditional Arabic recipe. Sunflower seeds and peanuts are peeled, fried in a special fryer, ground to a creamy paste, mixed with sugar and molasses syrup, and then beaten with licorice root extract, thanks to which the halva acquires its characteristic structure: layered, fibrous and slightly brittle. Halva retains all the beneficial properties of seeds and nuts, including vitamins and polyunsaturated fatty acids.
