Сream thickener for sour cream

Dr.Oetker sour cream thickener is designed to produce cream of ideal consistency. The thickener contains a small amount of powdered sugar, so it has a sweetish taste. Has no smell. Using one package of Dr.Oetker, in just a couple of minutes you can make an airy and dense mousse from 0.5 liters of sour cream. Recommended for use with fermented milk products of varying fat content.
Ingredients: Thickener for sour cream composition: distarch phosphate (thickener), powdered sugar, anti-caking agent: amorphous silicon dioxide.
May contain traces of milk, gluten, soy, egg, sesame and tree nuts.
