I didn't know what I was getting myself into because I've never tried this before. The flavor is so good it's so smoky and very fragrant. I was a little scared when it came room temperature (but there's probably nothing that could've stopped that). The shipping was incredible because it arrived a week earlier than expected. I'm very happy with my purchase.
